When Ts want to execute an A site take, CT defenders often hold strong angles near Double Box (Platform) or Elevator (L) to shut down the push. These positions pose a high threat to Ts entering from A Long.
This molotov forces defenders out of these spots, making it easier for Ts to scale up and take control of the A site.
