When the T side is preparing to execute an A-site rush, throwing a molotov from T Roof onto Default can effectively force out CT defenders holding the position. This prevents them from holding angles or delaying the push, and creates a safer entry path for teammates pushing through Squeaky (Door), Hut, or Main.
This utility is often combined with a Hut molotov and a pop flash (such as a skylight flash) to form an effective A-site execute setup.
