Official Smokes not Loading

Hello
i am writing this message to alert the developers of a bug. None of the official nades on any map load.
I logged into the website, refreshed multiple times, clicked many buttons, but the official smokes do not load.
For a while the community smokes also didn't load, but as of now i can see them.
